- Send us the requirements for your tailor made holiday with this form or simply give us a call
We will get back to you as soon as possible (always within 48 hours) with any questions or a quote for your trip. We will quote flights separately as flight prices are subject to change (more about flights here).
At this stage if you are unsure of your plans we might suggest a quick chat to make sure we are on the right track. We can be very flexible with our itineraries and pricing, working with a range of accommodation options as well as tours in small groups or with a private guide so we will work with you until we reach the tour itinerary which fits your requirements and budget.
- Send us your information and a deposit:
Once you are happy with the itinerary, in order to process your booking we will need some details from you such as full names and passport details for all passengers as well as any special dietary or medical requirements which might affect you on the trip.
To confirm the booking we will need a £500 per person minimum non-refundable deposit (you will be told the amount of deposit needed for your specific tour). It is often 20% of the total price, or 50% for holidays including the Galapagos Islands. For flight bookings 100% payment may be needed to guarantee price and availability. If there is a balance to pay this will be due 60 days before your holiday starts.
- Receive your Invoice / Confirmation Notice
We will email you an Invoice / Confirmation Notice showing the information you have provided to us, the itinerary you have booked, the deposit paid, and the amount and due date for your balance payment. Note that depending on the time of year that you book, Inca Trail permits may still show “On Request” status.
